At Kit-Markin, we're proud of our work - check out our renovation and addition projects below!

Cambridge Road 2 Storey Addition

The Cambridge Road project was a 2 storey addition to an existing house. This transformed the dwelling from a single storey bedroom home to a 4 bedroom home, with a master bedroom, ensuite and additional living room.

The most important factor in this addition was ensuring that it was seamless both inside and out. This meant taking extra care to match trims, skirtings and finishings, as well as the style of the original home.

We are proud to say that the owners are incredibly happy with the end result.

Hall Street Remodel

The Hall Street project involved a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, and the addition of a conservatory.

This included lifting the ceiling, installing new flooring, and installing a beautiful kitchen and scullery. A conservatory was added to the entrance way, with the remodel designed to compliment the 1920's architectural style, while the fittings give it a modern touch.

Horne Street Renovation

This was a typical Kiwi 1930s villa that had alteration after alteration done to it, The clients wanted a bigger living space as well as indoor-outdoor flow and modern features such as scullery and social kitchen design.
